How many rooms do you have?

We currently have one room

Are we really locked in?

No you can leave the room at anytime you wish. You can also contact staff via a radio and staff constantly monitor the game.

How many people can play at a time?

Groups from 2-5 people.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked session.

What if I’m late?

Much like the theatre your time slot is precise. If you are too late you will not be admitted. As we have to reset the games and prepare for the next booking. In exceptional circumstances we may reschedule your booking

Accessibility?

Due to our location on the second floor we do not have wheelchair accessibility.

I’m pregnant can I play?

Yes you can, there is somewhere to sit in the game and you can leave at any time during the game to use facilities if necessary.

Drunk, Drugs and Disorderly

We recommend that people do not drink lots of alcohol before arriving as some of the puzzles will require clear thought and physical dexterity. Customers who turn up overly intoxicated, appear to have taken drugs and behave inappropriately to each other, staff or members of the public will be refused entry with the right to refund at our sole discretion

Acceptable behaviour

Please be careful in the room, there is nothing hidden under the carpet or in the plasterboard walls or ceilings.

There is no need to use brute force or smash anything.

How long does it last?

The experience lasts around

75 minutes

10 minutes briefing

60 minutes in the game room

5 minutes debriefing and photo

Are Bookings private or will there be strangers in our game?

All bookings are private it will just be

your friends with the room to yourselves.

What if I get stuck on a puzzle?

A staff member will be monitoring your progress on CCTV ready to provide clues.

Are there any age restrictions?

While there is no restriction on age, the puzzles may be too demanding for those under 12.

Children under 15 MUST be accompanied by an adult.

Do you have food & drink facilities?

Unfortunately we don’t there is a bakery next door and more cafes in the surrounding area.

Can I get a refund?

Once a booking is confirmed, refunds & cancellations are not possible. Reschedules may be possible, Late comers will not get a refund.

Can we film or photograph in the game?

Sadly not. We ask all players to leave any photographic equipment and phones at reception were they will be locked in a safe. Due to the nature of the game we do not wish to spoil the adventure for future players.

How should I dress?

Wear whatever you like, sensible shoes are essential.
